Description
A divine alternative to Indian Korma, this Malaysian curry is one sauce you may not be able to live without. Unlike Indian Korma this curry has some Chinese influence. Cinnamon, star anise, and cardamom give the mild sauce the sweet spiciness it needs to keep things interesting. Although the sauce is delicious as it is, we highly recommend adding a bit of coconut milk to it during cooking. The extra creaminess and richness takes this sauce to another level.
