Keralan curry is our most popular curry sauce. It’s luxuriously rich, creamy and well spiced.
It’s our original curry sauce and we’ve been making it for nearly 20 years. Thanks to the delicate balance of spices with fenugreek and curry leaves, along with some fresh banana to sweeten things out a bit, this curry has all the flavours you would expect from the south of India.

Free from gluten, nuts (although made in an environment where peanuts may have been present), added sugar, chemicals & preservatives
Ingredients:
Tomatoes, onions, water, vegetable oil, bananas, cider vinegar, salt, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, fenugreek seeds (0.95%), garlic, ginger, turmeric, mustard seeds (0.63%), fennel seeds, ground cinnamon, chilli powder, star anise, black pepper, cardamom, dried cloves, nutmeg, dried bay leaf, curry leaves (0.04%)
