Description
Delicious and hot, we don’t compromise flavour for heat. This Goan curry is cooked with plenty of mustard oil, garlic, a big glug of vinegar and of course, chillies. It is similar in style to a vindaloo but is a little milder, more like a Madras heat. Finished off with a bunch of fenugreek leaves (methi) you will be left in no doubt that you’ve eaten a hot curry, but surprised by how much flavour is in there too.
