Villa Truffo is a thermized cheese with real Italian black truffle in the dairy. The black truffles come from the Italian forests of Monti Sibillini. The truffle is related to the mushroom and has a special and distinctive taste. The combination of Dutch farmstead cheese and the intense taste of black truffle is excellent! Villa Truffo is particularly creamy in texture due to the short ripening period (8 weeks), but distictive in taste, thanks to the pieces of truffle and aroma! A real luxurious farmstead cheese
